Bordentown is in New Jersey, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Bordentown follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

8 Hours and 40 minutes to change a trailer tire. 😀😑 Got in at 8am 10 am I go in to get an update. They said im next. 11am go back in and ask how long they said 30 minutes to get a bay to put me in. 11:30am They said they are finishing up a DOT inspection on another truck. That im next. 🀨 12:30pm Go back in to ask how much longer. They said Im next. They said they are finishing up paperwork from the previous truck. 1pm I see a bay clear out and go in to ask, if I can get in that bay they said no. They had another truck in front of me. I told them you have been telling me im next since 10 am its almost 1:30 pm. 😑 2:30pm They finally got another bay clear in the back. They told me to go around and back in. So I did. 3:00pm No work on the truck. They say they will start working on it soon. πŸ˜’ 3:40pm They finally start working on the tire. (By this time the truck has been sitting in the bay for 1 hour 40 minutes with no work done) 4:20pm They finish 4:40pm Done with paperwork. This TA is very inefficient. They have alot of employees but most of them you see them walking in groups back and forth chit chatting about what to order for lunch. As I was in the lobby I noticed their is no commu

This is place needs a better management and more employees. It is not right to keep trucks with cargo waiting all day for a simple tire change. Me and my co driver waited 7 hours to change our tire and we were late for our delivery.. They have to at least warn every customer before they check in that it takes that long. So that these drivers can go some place else... Also their parking lot is not free the moment you drive in there they will not let you out unless you pay $25

Absolutely horrible experience at the TA Truck Service inside the Petro Truck Stop. On 7/14 at approximately 2:15 PM, I checked in with two trucks. One needed a PM service and alignment, and the other needed a starter replacement. The second truck was already parked on their lot and wouldn’t start. A few days before, I specifically stopped by to confirm they could replace the starter on the lot without charging a roadside service fee, and I was told that would not be a problem. At check-in, I was quoted a 6-hour wait, which I completely understood and accepted because I know truck shops are busy. Instead of 6 hours, I received a call around 6:00 AM the next morningβ€”roughly 16–18 hours laterβ€”telling me to bring a truck into the bay. I reminded them that one truck wouldn’t start and that they had already agreed to perform the starter replacement on the lot. The employee told me to wait five minutes for a technician to meet me outside. I waited 15 minutes. No one came. I went back inside and was told to keep waiting. After waiting another hour and a half, I returned again, only to watch other trucks being pulled into bays while I continued to be ignored. When I asked what was hap

These mechanics are not doing their jobs properly at all. Customers are waiting for hours while there are no trucks being worked on. Instead of working, they are sitting inside, eating, drinking, and playing on their phones. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. They do not deserve the money they are getting paid. Please remove these people from this place and hire workers who actually respect customers and do their job.

I do not recommend TA Truck Service. I took my truck in for an oil change, and the mechanic forgot to close the reservoir cap. The worst happened: four days later, the driver opened the hood to check the oil because a warning light came on. Upon opening it, he saw that almost all the oil had leaked out and splashed all over the engine, leaving the truck extremely dirty. He had to buy oil at the gas station where he stopped to top up the level and continue his trip. I almost lost the truck's engine due to lack of oil. The mechanic's negligence in NOT closing the reservoir cap after the oil change was extremely irresponsible. Since then, my assistant, Ana, has been trying to contact the manager who was present on the day of the oil change, but has received no response by email or phone. She contacted TA's customer service, who opened a complaint protocol, said we would receive a response about the incident, and so far nothing. In addition to all the disruption and losses caused to my company, they lacked the decency to provide answers, support, and compensation to the customer after this extremely poorly executed service, which could have cost me the truck's engine.
